1.Why is there still no free space on my phone after cleaning it up?
The cleaning process of our program follows a similar approach to the iOS Photos app. When you delete photos or videos, they are moved to the Recently Deleted album in your library for 30 days. During this period, they will still occupy storage space on your device. To free up space, open the Photos app on your iPhone, navigate to the Recently Deleted album, select the photos or videos you want to permanently delete, and tap on "Delete". Remember, once you delete files from the Recently Deleted album, they will be permanently removed from your phone.
2.How can I recover deleted photos/videos?
If you've accidentally deleted a photo or video, don't worry. The cleaning process in our app works similarly to the iOS Photos app, meaning that deleted photos and videos will be moved to the Recently Deleted album for 30 days. You can still recover your deleted items within this period if needed. After 30 days, iOS automatically removes them from your device.
To recover a photo or video deleted within the last 30 days, follow these steps:
Open the Photos app on your iPhone and go to the Recently Deleted album.
Tap "Select" in the top-right corner.
Choose the photos or videos you want to recover, then tap "Recover" If you wish to recover everything in the Recently Deleted album, tap "Select" and then "Recover All". Please note that this album contains both manually deleted photos and those removed during the cleaning process.
3.How does Deep Cleaner decide the best photos and videos to keep?
Deep Cleaner uses its own detection and comparison techniques, including face recognition, comparison of similar photos, and consideration of edited, changed, or favorited photos. Based on the algorithm’s results, Deep Cleaner designates one photo from a set as the "Best Result." However, it’s always a good idea to review the app's suggestions to ensure they align with your preferences.
4.How does Deep Cleaner sort photos?
Deep Cleaner organizes your photos into five categories: Duplicate Photos, Similar Photos,Screenshots, Blurry, and Other Photos.
Duplicate Photos
Here, you'll find photos that are exact copies of each other. You can quickly delete all duplicates at once while keeping the original version.
Similar Photos
This category contains photos that are nearly identical, usually captured around the same time and featuring the same subjects or scenes, even from different angles. Deep Cleaner will automatically group these similar photos together, select one as the "Best Result" based on its algorithm, and suggest deleting the others.
Screenshots
This category includes all screenshots in your library. The app will recommend removing them, but you have full control over this decision. If there are screenshots you wish to retain, be sure to add them to your Keep List.
Blurry
This category identifies photos that are blurry or out of focus. Deep Cleaner automatically detects these images, giving you the option to review and delete them if you choose.
Other
Any photos that don’t fit into the above categories are placed here. This helps you easily review and manage your remaining images, making the cleanup process more efficient.
5.What is labeled as “Similar”?
Deep Cleaner will organize similar photos from your library into sets within this category. These images are typically taken within a few seconds of each other, featuring the same object or person against the same background, but from different angles or poses. To simplify the cleanup process, Deep Cleaner automatically designates one photo from each set as the "Best Result" and suggests deleting the others using precise detection and comparison techniques.
6.What is labeled as “Blurry”?
In Deep Cleaner, "Blurry" refers to photos that are out of focus or lack sharpness. The app uses advanced detection techniques to identify images with low clarity, such as those with soft details or unclear edges. These photos are categorized as "Blurry," allowing you to review and decide whether to keep or delete them.
7.What is labeled as “Other”?
The "Other" category includes all photos that don't fall into the other categories. Deep Cleaner won't make suggestions about these photos but instead allows you to swipe right or left to decide which ones to keep and which ones to delete.
8.Is Deep Cleaner safe? How can I trust Deep Cleaner?
Deep Cleaner’s selection algorithms are designed to simplify and speed up the cleaning process, but nothing will be deleted without your approval. The app will suggest photos to keep or delete, but the final decision is always yours.
9.How can I recover deleted contacts?
Your contacts are backed up automatically and manually. If you accidentally delete them, simply click on "Contacts Backup" to restore them.
10.How can I recover deleted calendar events?
Sorry, Deep Cleaner cannot recover deleted calendar events. Please be cautious when deleting events, as once they are removed, they cannot be restored through the app.
11.What type of photo should I select for the best effect?
We recommend uploading a clear photo of your face taken from the front. The photo should not have any obstructions, such as sunglasses or hands covering your face. Side profile photos or those with closed eyes may prevent the app from recognizing your facial features properly. Additionally, photos that are too vague or unclear may cause difficulties in recognizing your facial features.
12.Can I be assured that my photos will not be uploaded anywhere?
Please be assured that we do not collect face information or store any photos you provide, whether they are related to face recognition or any other feature. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to keeping your data secure. Any photos you upload are used solely for the purpose of the app's functionality and are not stored or shared. You can trust that we prioritize your privacy and handle all data with the utmost care.
